Nocturne

Recorded in the Romanesque abbey of Sant’Antimo in Tuscany, “Nocturne” features both Vetter’s contemplative improvisations for solo recorder (a fresh approach to a well-known instrument), and for voice and tambura – masterful overtone chanting on a luminous carpet of harmonic sounds.

In this recording Vetter succeeds in transporting the listener on a solitary journey of musical meditation.
